Never, EVER PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT FROM CANADIAN TYRE

Require a replacement part (Zinger Two Bike Attachemnt).
Canadian Tyre are completely and utterly useless. Simply not interested in ordering parts.
Could not even provide accurate contacts (email or phone).
No phone numbers or emails to order when scrolling on-line.
All in all, A COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY 0/5 ⭐️

Great, sturdy bike rack

I am very happy with this bike rack. Has the highest carrying capacity of any I researched. Also includes a ramp which is handy for loading heavy e-bikes. Folds up when not carrying bikes (the wheel holders don't fold but can be removed easily). Same key fits the hook locks and the hitch pin lock.

Replacement part

How can I buy replacement parts for this rack if I lost one of the support for the wheel? Not very economic and ecologic if we need yo Buy an entire new rack....
