I see a lot of negative reviews and would like to make a positive review echoing what the other positive reviews stated. If you read the directions(which are quite simple) and flow them this tool works fantastically. I was a bit apprehensive after reading those who said it broke right away but if you look at how it actually works, you see that all the strength comes from the set screw and pin. if you don't snug up the set screw before winding the removal pin in it would snap off the cradle that holds the chain in place. I used this multiple times without issue. Recommended and it will stay in my tool box.
