all weather bike covers

I bought two all weather bike covers for my bike rack on my truck, these covers are crap, they do not stay on the bikes at all, they come off the tires and flap in the wind and I would not recommend them. if you want to buy products like this stay with the professional shops as they warranty the product to work as advertised. Canadian Tire refused to return them and Raleigh's policy is not much better. unsatisfied customer for Life!!!!
