bell was missing the hammer. When I went back to the store I saw another one missing the hammer as well. Canadian Tire refunded me but the bell quality was very poor.

Great bell. Completely metallic so no plastic parts. Would definitely recommend to anyone with a bike looking for a well made bell.
Bell is loud enough for others to hear and is easy to use, just like a regular bell should be.
