Decent bike

Good bike but assembly was not the greatest. Steering bearing had play in it ,needed adjustment and also gears would not change properly

Bikes are not tune properly

I tested all the Raleigh bike of the same model in the same store and none of them are properly tuned from the factory. Make sure to ask for the free bike turning from the store.

Other than that everything else is great!

Noise bike

It is not worth the money. The brakes and wheels make noises and it sounds like an old bike

Lol

The way the bike was put together was awful and feels like it's going to break.

Improperly adjusted and unprofessional service technicians

If the bike was put together properly so I didn't have to make my own adjustments that would be nice.

The gears double shift and in the 2nd gear out of the high 3, it constantly clicks and kind of freaks me out.

I'd bring it back for the free adjustment they offer but with a 3-5 business day return on something where to won't even really explain what the problem is, they don't exactly deserve much more than a 2 star rating. If I was told what the issue was I could just fix it myself quickly.

This is the problem with consumer level products as the people hired to fix this stuff don't really know what they're doing.

If a real professional actually worked in the shop they had, they'd probably be able to tell customers what is wrong or admit to what they did wrong.
