Our just turned 7 year old came with us. At 50 inches, she is slightly tall. Didn't fit the other 20 inch bikes (better prices) at Canadian Tire and the 18 inch bikes all bit cheap, too little kid, or no gears.
We do have seat up bit on purchase. Likely good 48 inches to 56 inches height? May last to age 9, but her 58 inch brother (has own 24 inch) would want bigger.
Overall, light, nice gears, breaks easy to reach.
Good fit for slightly tall 7 year old, though may not last to age 9. Likely would have fit her at age 6 (or tall 6 year olds). Best 20 inch girls bike at CDN Tire, though other two brands fit much bigger and may be better compared to the 24 inch Raleigh.
