We purchased the Hitch mount Platform Bike Carrier one week ago. It was easy to assemble and we had no issue mounting the bikes or traveling with the bikes on the back of the car. Our issue is that we lost one of the keys to the locking mechanism. So the search is on, who do we contact to get a replacement key. No mention of replacement parts in the assembly/parts info pamphlet. Parts break and parts get misplaced. We should be able to replace them. No contact information on the Raleigh Website and Canadian Tires website does not seem to offer help with this matter as well. Customer service is very much lacking.
